These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TheGent mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Nirmanakaya Tech LLP (“TheGent”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
TheGent is not intended for minors
3. Description of Services
TheGent is a personal style and grooming platform that provides:
-AI-powered style identity analysis
-Personalized outfit formulasGrooming and hairstyle guidance
-AI Stylist conversational assistance
-Progress-based transformation tasks

We do not provide:
-Medical advice
-Dermatological diagnosis
-Financial, legal, or professional advice
All recommendations are informational and advisory.
4. AI Features & Limitations
TheGent uses artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini) to deliver certain features.You understand and agree that:
-AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete
-AI responses are not professional adviceFinal decisions and actions are your responsibility
-AI does not replace human judgment
-We do not guarantee specific outcomes, compliments, social results, or transformations.
5. Account Registration & Responsibility
To use certain features, you may need to create an account.You agree to:
-Provide accurate and current information
-Keep your login credentials secure
-Be responsible for all activity under your account
-We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
6. User Content (Photos, Inputs, Messages)
You may upload photos, text, and other content (“User Content”).By uploading User Content, you confirm that:
-You have the right to upload it
-It does not violate any laws or third-party rights
-It does not contain unlawful or harmful material
-You retain ownership of your content.
We use it only to provide the Services, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Paid Services, Subscriptions & Billing
Some features of TheGent require a paid membership.
Payments: Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment details.
Subscriptions: Subscription terms (duration, pricing) are shown at purchase. Renewals occur as disclosed at checkout. Refunds are governed by the platform or payment provider’s policy.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or plans with prior notice.
8. Upsells & Additional Services
Certain services (e.g., personal shopping assistance) may be offered separately.These services are optional. They are governed by additional terms disclosed at purchase. TheGent does not include in-app shopping links or affiliate sales by default.
9. Acceptable Use:
You agree not to:
-Use the Services for unlawful purposes
-Upload content you do not own or have rights to
-Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse AI systems
-Harass, abuse, or impersonate others
-Attempt to access restricted systems or data
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content in the app (excluding your User Content), including:
-Design
-Branding
-Text
-Software
-AI outputs structure
is owned by or licensed to Nirmanakaya Tech LLP.You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit it without permission.
11. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:
-What data we collect
-How we use it
-How you can delete your account
By using TheGent, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
-You violate these Terms
-You misuse the Services
-Required by law or security reasons
You may delete your account at any time using the in-app option.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”We do not guarantee that:
-The Services will be error-free or uninterrupted
-AI outputs will meet your expectations
-Any particular results will be achieved
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:TheGent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 12 months.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nirmanakaya Tech LLP from claims arising out of:Your misuse of the Services, Your violation of these Terms, Your uploaded content.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.Material changes will be communicated. Continued use of the Services means acceptance of the updated Terms
